A classic blouse with pleated sleeve cap and cuffs in remnant polyester organza with raised red dots. I found this beautiful, unique fabric in Madrid. There was only enough material to cut and sew one. It was made ethically and locally in Sydney and happily worn by Viviana Barile, the winner of the 2024 edition of My Kitchen Rules.
